These Terms of Service govern your use of maidsatjobsae.com and the services provided by MAIDS AT JOBS ADVERTISING SERVICES - L.L.C - S.P.C (“Maids AT Jobs”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company (sole proprietorship) licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development under Licence No. CN-6777793, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide online advertising services through our website, in line with our licensed activity: Advertising Services through Websites (7310026). Employers, agencies and service companies can publish paid advertisements for household and domestic job vacancies, and visitors can browse them free of charge. We are an advertising platform only: we do not recruit, employ, sponsor or place workers, and we are not a party to any agreement between advertisers and job seekers.

2. Advertising rules

  • Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ads and must comply with UAE laws, including labour and anti-discrimination rules.
  • Ads must not ask job seekers for any fee, passport, or deposit, and must not contain misleading, offensive or unlawful content.
  • We review ads before publishing and may edit, reject or remove any ad that breaks these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.
  • Job seekers should verify employers independently before accepting any offer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed in writing before services start. Payments are due as stated in your quote or invoice, and prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations

Ad packages can be cancelled before the ad goes live for a full refund. Once an ad is published, the package is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your order confirmation.

5. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any agreement made between advertisers and job seekers.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to Maids AT Jobs and may not be copied without our written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
